What happens before the first cleaning?
Choose the service, identify the included rooms and describe the starting condition. The quote discussion separates any initial detail work from future maintenance. Confirm the price, selected tasks, arrival arrangements and service terms directly before the appointment.
What should I prepare?
Pick up clothing, loose belongings and items blocking agreed surfaces. Identify delicate items, existing damage and surfaces with special care instructions. Arrange a secure area for pets and discuss rooms that must remain usable. Do not assume cleaners will organize personal belongings or move heavy furniture.
Do I need to be home?
Discuss your preference and the available entry arrangements with the team. If you will be away, agree on a responsible access method privately after booking. The initial website request should not contain door codes, key locations or payment details.
What if the first visit needs more detail?
Buildup, renovation dust or extra rooms may change the required work. Discuss those conditions before scheduling and agree on any revised scope or price. A first visit is not automatically a whole-home deep clean unless that work is selected.
How do I move into a recurring schedule?
After the initial scope is clear, compare weekly, every-two-week and monthly care against your room usage and between-visit upkeep. Retain a clear task list and tell the team about future changes. Follow the written agreement for billing, rescheduling and service concerns.
