What should I tell NVTCS about my pets?
Tell us the number and type of pets, where hair collects and which rooms they use. Include floor types, rugs and furniture you want reviewed. A pet-friendly household does not have one standard workload: a short-haired indoor cat and multiple shedding dogs can require different time and tasks.
Which pet-related cleaning tasks can I request?
Request vacuuming of agreed accessible floors, appropriate mopping, surface dusting and attention to hair in included living spaces. Furniture upholstery, pet bedding and extra buildup need separate agreement. Ordinary house cleaning does not include veterinary care, pest treatment, biohazard cleanup or a guaranteed odor-removal result.
How should pets be arranged during the visit?
Discuss a comfortable, secure area before the appointment. Tell us about escape risks and rooms that must stay closed. Arrange pet handling with the household; do not assume the cleaners will walk, feed or supervise animals. Share entry instructions privately after arrangements are confirmed.
Can I request particular products?
Yes—share product preferences, sensitivities and existing surface-care instructions before the quote is finalized. Product labels and manufacturer directions guide suitability and use. We do not describe all products as universally safe for every pet, finish or situation.
Weekly or every two weeks?
Compare how quickly hair and tracked-in dirt accumulate and what you handle between visits. Weekly service may suit a busy multi-pet home; every-two-week service may fit a home with regular upkeep. The agreed room list and current condition determine the scope, rather than the presence of pets alone.
