Everyday ease

Recurring house cleaning.
A little help. A lot more living.

Keep the everyday rooms feeling ready for you. Choose weekly, every-two-week or monthly visits, with the rooms and priorities agreed before your first clean.

Start with the right first visit

A maintenance visit and a first clean can take different amounts of work. Tell us when the home was last professionally cleaned, which rooms you want included and whether there is buildup. We will review whether a detailed initial clean makes sense before beginning a recurring schedule.

Choose a rhythm that fits

Weekly visits suit a shorter gap between cleans. Every two weeks offers a middle ground; monthly visits may need more time for buildup between appointments. Pets, room use and your own upkeep matter as much as the calendar. Frequency is agreed as part of your quote.

Keep changes easy to explain

Tell us if a room will be closed, guests are staying or you want to add a level. Changes to rooms, access or extras can change the scope and price. Dates and arrival windows are confirmed directly; choosing a frequency does not reserve a slot.

A little clarity before booking

Review find your cleaning rhythm, compare the cleaning checklist and find your service area. A request is not a confirmed appointment.

What a recurring visit can cover

Agree on the rooms and quantities first: kitchen countertops, sink and appliance exteriors; bathroom fixtures and mirrors; bedroom and living-area dusting; and appropriate vacuuming and mopping. Hallways and stairs should be listed with the rooms. Your written scope identifies the selected tasks.

First clean, regular clean and extras

A first visit may need additional detail before maintenance begins. Oven interiors, refrigerator interiors, linen changes and other requested work are itemized separately when agreed. Frequency changes the upkeep needed, but it does not make every extra automatically included.

How recurring pricing is prepared

Tell us the included bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, levels, approximate size and current condition. Compare the same scope at each frequency and review the first-visit work separately. Your quote and service agreement state the visit rate, billing arrangement, initial term and cancellation conditions.
